At aasthaa overseas we are strongly committed to operate at the best of our capabilities, making sure our client’s needs and expectations are assured along with preserving the environment’s interest. We promise a healthy work environment and the best working culture for our artisans and employees.

We believe in encouraging a conscientious relationship with the environment, we believe in reducing the use of water, chemicals as well as energy, we have a dedicated green belt around our manufacturing plant.

We take additional care of our weavers as they are a vital part of our family, we promise fundamental facilities like Clean drinking water, medical facilities, basic hygiene as well as sanitation. At aasthaa overseas , the minimum pay for each employee is higher than the minimum wage as per the government norms to ensure a healthy relationship between the employees. We do provide frequent lunch programs and also microfinance schemes with zero interest, after all they are our family.

We provide completely safe equipment to our workers along with formal training as well as handling instructions are displayed all around our workplace.

Regular Audits are conducted by authorities to make sure of everyone’s safety. We make sure to provide prime facilities like Emergency Exits, Fire Extinguishers, First Aids are easily accessible. We firmly adhere to all the rules and regulations.
